```Overview```
We are seeking 4 compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Starting pay is $17.00 up to 18.00 per hour depending on experience. 14 hrs. a day - 7 days a week ( 3 days on - 3 days off ) Starting time negotiable

```Duties```
- Assist individuals with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) skills
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with continuing healthy eating
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior

```Requirements```
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience with individuals with mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening and weekend shifts
